A state of being that is calm
Where your mind isn’t creating “mind drama” every second of your day
Do you pay attention, on purpose, to your thoughts?
I recommend a daily practice of downloading your thoughts on paper
Kind of like writing in a journal, but instead, it’s just your thoughts, not the activities of your day
You will be amazed at all your thoughts that send you on the wild roller coaster ride!
The roller coaster is when you find yourself reacting to everything outside of yourself
Reacting to what some said to you; said about you; or the way they looked at you
Reacting is giving away your control to someone else
Why would you do that?
When you agree with them, what they said or did, you are choosing to believe them
Your state of being, your worth, your uniqueness, is all yours—don’t give it away!
How can you avoid the roller coaster?
Choose, on purpose, to think the thoughts that bring you joy and peace
What thoughts can you think that will have a positive outcome in your life?
“I am right where I need to be”
“I am worthy”
“I am loved”
“I am a generous, kind person”
